Returns & Refunds
TAT2NUMB products are single-use topical anesthetics. Due to the health and safety nature of personal care products, our return policy reflects the limitations that come with that category.
Eligible Returns
We accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible:
- The product must be in its original condition — seals intact, packaging undamaged
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used packets — For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any product where the seal has been broken
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Products not in their original condition or packaging
- Digital purchases or gift cards
Please note: TAT2NUMB does not guarantee a specific level of numbing effect, as results vary based on individual physiology, skin type, placement, and application technique. Ineffectiveness alone does not qualify as grounds for return under this policy.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Contact us at support@tat2numb.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or defective product and packaging
We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@tat2numb.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within one business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
- Ship the product back using a trackable method at your own expense. TAT2NUMB does not provide return labels. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the sole responsibility of the customer in all cases
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days
Do not ship returns without an RMA number — unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times after we initiate the refund:
- Credit/debit card — 3–7 business days depending on your bank
- PayPal or Shop Pay — 1–3 business days
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility in all cases — TAT2NUMB does not provide or reimburse return postage.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if the request is made before the order ships. Contact us immediately at support@tat2numb.com with your order number. Once a shipping label has been created, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
Studio & Wholesale Orders
Bulk and wholesale orders are subject to separate return terms outlined in your wholesale agreement. Contact your account representative or email support@tat2numb.com for assistance.
