Shipping Policy
We know you're ordering ahead of a session — we take shipping seriously. Here's exactly how it works.
Processing & Same-Day Shipping
Orders placed before 12:00pm ET, Monday through Friday ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00pm ET, on weekends, or on federal holidays ship the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been picked up by the carrier.
Shipping Methods & Estimates
We ship via USPS and UPS. Delivery estimates below are from the date of shipment, not order placement. Estimates are not guarantees — carrier delays can occur.
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) — Available on all orders
- Expedited Shipping (2 business days) — Available at checkout
- Overnight / Next Business Day — Available at checkout for time-sensitive orders
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. PO Boxes are accepted for standard USPS shipping. APO/FPO addresses — please contact us before ordering.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. TAT2NUMB has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
Note that customs regulations vary by country. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that TAT2NUMB products can be legally imported into their country before ordering. We are not responsible for orders held, seized, or returned by customs.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or by replying to your shipping confirmation email.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and any alternate delivery locations before contacting us. If the package is genuinely missing, contact us at support@tat2numb.com within 7 days of the reported delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit (tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days), contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a replacement.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us right away at support@tat2numb.com — we may be able to update it before the order ships.
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address will be held for 14 days. We will contact you to confirm a corrected address and arrange reshipment. Reshipment fees may apply.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, take photos of the packaging and product before opening, and contact us at support@tat2numb.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
